Firefox Browser Extension Guide

A step-by-step guide to installing and configuring the Crafty Clicks add-on for Firefox.

Preparation

First, you need to sign up for a Crafty Clicks account.

When you sign up, you will receive an access token by email. There is no obligation to buy anything and you automatically get 30 credits. If you need more credits to test the integration, please get in touch (support@craftyclicks.co.uk) and we will try to accommodate you.

Installation

Step 1

Download the Firefox add-on here.

Step 2

Extract the package you downloaded and locate the crafty_clicks-1.3.2.xpi file.

Step 3

Drag and drop the file to an open Firefox window. You will then be asked to install the add-on. Click on Install to begin the installation. Once it has finished, the extension is ready to be configured.

Configuration

Step 1

In Firefox, open the menu, then click on add-ons.

Step 2

In the Firefox Add-on Manager, find ClickToAddress and click ‘Preferences’.

Step 3

Select the configuration page from the menu on the left. Here you can enter your access token, then click save.

Step 4

Select ‘All Integrations’ and choose the platform you are using. You will then be able to enable or disable the module. You can also choose the integration type – either Address Auto-Complete or UK Postcode Lookup.

Please note that Address Auto-Complete is currently only available for Shopify. Postcode Lookup is available for all platforms.

Click on Save to save your changes.

Step 5

Once enabled, the settings for this platform are easily accessible from the menu.
